I didn't use it in the Blue-Eyed Deck, so it was left over, but it seemed to go well with the Dragon Ruler, so I tried it out and it turned out to be strong.
The advantage is that it is extremely strong against Dragon Ruler's natural enemy Crimson Blader, and that his Dragon Ruler's effect and recovery can be performed even in the opponent's turn. The former can outperform bladers in RBI, so in many cases, bladers who come to hit Big Eye can be turned back. The latter allows you to search for the removed parent Dragon Ruler and recover the parent Dragon Ruler's hand at the end of the opponent's turn, so you can intentionally make it easier to use the parent Dragon Ruler's unique effect.
Against the Dragon Ruler opponent, his deck that loads Cyclone is small, but with this card in play, the RBI can easily exceed 3000, so it puts pressure on the opponent.
